November 27th, Saturday
Day 80 – Finish carpenters onsite installing interior trim and building exterior stairs. Solid Knotty Pine Interior doors delivered today.
November 28th, Sunday
Day 81 – Finish carpenters onsite installing interior trim, access door and building exterior stairs.
November 29th, Monday
Day 82 – Finish carpenters onsite installing interior trim. Electricians onsite working on trim-out. Tile crew onsite.
Electric Power Company engineer onsite and completed inspection on underground electric.
November 30th, Tuesday
Day 83 – Finish carpenters onsite installing interior window/door trim and exterior door locksets. Electricians onsite installing ground rod. Tile crew onsite. Countertop contractors onsite measuring cabinets to fabricate granite countertops.
Building Inspector onsite; completed temporary to conditional power inspection and signed off.
Day 84-90
December 1st, Wednesday
Day 84 – Finish carpenters onsite installing interior window/door trim, wainscot and chair rails. Tile crew onsite. Glass contractor onsite getting measurements to fabricate shower door. Cabinet makers onsite installing hardware; cabinets 100%.
Health Department Inspector onsite; completed septic inspection and signed off.
December 2st, Thursday
Day 85 – Finish carpenters onsite installing interior doors and trim out. Tile crew onsite. Visited Building Dept. and paid the year end tax’s to release power. Stone crew back onsite; owners ok’ d change order to wrap foundation and piers with stone.
December 3rd, Friday
Day 86 – Power Company onsite; House energized under live power. Finish carpenters onsite installing interior doors and trimout of bay window. Electricians onsite working on trim out and checking out equipment. H.V.A.C contractor onsite; energized system and tested, system 100%. Countertop contractors onsite; installed granite 100%. Stone crew continuing to work on wrapping foundation. House under heat, ran at 85 degrees overnight to 72 degrees in daytime hours.
December 4th, Saturday
Day 87 – Finish carpenters onsite working on trimout. Stone crew continuing to work on wrapping foundation. Tile contractor onsite.
December 5th, Sunday
Day 88 – Stone crew finished wrapping foundation and piers. Tile contractor onsite.
December 6th, Monday
Day 89 – Finish carpenters onsite working on trim out. Stone crew cleaning up and leaving job, 100% complete. Plumbers onsite; working on trim out (setting toilets, sinks, faucets etc.) Also set exterior water filtration system.
December 7th, Tuesday
Day 90 – Finish carpenters onsite. Plumbers onsite; working on trim out. Australian Cypress hardwood flooring delivered, opened all box’s and will let acclimate for five days before installation. Insulation Contractors onsite; sprayed Icynene under complete floor system, 100% complete.
Day 91-96
December 8th, Wednesday
Day 91 – Finish carpenters onsite; trim-out complete. Painters onsite; finishing trim and doors.
December 9th, Thursday
Day 92 – Painters onsite; finishing trim, doors, exterior front porch decking and exterior stairs. Plumber onsite; completed master bathroom sinks, plumbing 100% complete.
December 10th, Friday
Day 93 – Floor preparation crew onsite; Sanding complete sub-floor with drum and edge sanders to be ready for hardwood floor installation on Monday. Tile crew onsite; grouting tile. Propane company onsite; hooking up Propane On Demand Hot Water System, Propane Dryer, Propane Stove.
December 11th, Saturday
Day 94 – Hardwood floor installers onsite secreting floor, checking for low spots. All preparation is good and ready for hardwood. Tile crew onsite; finished master bath shower.
December 12th, Sunday
Day 95 – No Work.
December 13th, Monday
Day 96 – Hardwood floor crew onsite; installing 3/4″ Australian Cypress Hardwood flooring. Sod crew onsite; installed dolomite lime and centipede sod around entire home. Sod 100% complete.
Day 97-98
December 14th, Tuesday
Day 97 – Hardwood floor crew onsite; installing 3/4″ Australian Cypress Hardwood flooring, 85% complete. Electrician onsite installing backorder fixtures. Watering sod.
December 15th, Wednesday
Day 98 – Hardwood floor crew onsite; installing 3/4″ Australian Cypress Hardwood flooring, 100% complete. Electrician onsite; installing backorder fixtures, 100% complete. Watering sod, Finish crew back onsite installing baseboard behind hardwood crew and working on extra items for the homeowner; closet shelves, cloths racks, toilet paper holders, towel racks, microwave/stove hood, decorative copper post tops etc.
Day 99
December 16th, Thursday
Day 99 – Glass company onsite installing the shower door. Gas company onsite doing final hookups and testing all gas appliances. Finish carpenters onsite doing misc items, hanging the mirror, making benches, leveling stove, dishwasher etc. Paint crews back doing the final touch-up. Electricians hanging last backorder fixture. Watered Sod.
Day 100
December 17th, Friday
Day 100– Misc. extra construction materials removed and cleaned up construction trash from site. Porti-Toilet picked up. Temp. power pole removed. Removed Inspection box. Watered Sod. Construction cleaning crew released to do final clean-up.
Final Inspection Completed by Building Department, Zero punch list items. Signed off on permits issuing Certificate of Occupancy. Ready for owners to move in.
